Sharon Peyer

Our Founder and CEO, Sharon Peyer, brings more than two decades of experience in investing, entrepreneurship, and executive leadership across automated retail technology, IoT-enabled equipment and services, and eCommerce. She has led businesses with more than $200 million in P&L responsibility and has launched and scaled multiple ventures in the United States and internationally.

Sharon began her career in New York in investment banking and later raised venture capital, built multinational commercial partnerships, and led cross-border commercialization initiatives as both an entrepreneur and corporate executive. She has served as an Entrepreneur in Residence at Harvard Business School and currently sits on the Board of the National Automatic Merchandising Association (NAMA), the leading trade organization for automated retail, vending, and convenience-services technologies.

She has lived and worked extensively in Europe, including France, Germany, and Switzerland, and is multilingual in English and German, with working proficiency in French and basic conversational ability in Italian and Russian. Her international background provides deep insight into the commercial, regulatory, certification, distribution, and cultural considerations faced by global equipment manufacturers entering the U.S. market.
